Since 1988, Theodoros & Rooth, P.C., has been fighting for the injured. Our northwest Indiana personal injury attorneys have over 110 years of combined legal experience, and our office staff provides the support our attorneys and our clients need, day in and day out. Our Office Staff
Alicia Sabbath – Legal Assistant to Barry Rooth and Holly Wojcik
Alicia is a veteran of the United States Air Force where she served nine years; part of which was in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Watch. She provided attorney support as part of a team that handled over 280 cases against Dr. Mark Weinberger, “The Runaway Doctor” and over 200 cases against a local cardiologist and his group. Alicia is married with three children.
Grace Rada – Office Manager
Grace Rada joined Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. in 1990 and is the Office Manager/Bookkeeper. She maintains account payable and receivables along with helping the office run smoothly. Grace is a graduate of Purdue University and has a bachelor degree in Management/Accounting. When she’s not in the office, Grace enjoys spending time with family and her dogs. Her hobbies are camping, knitting, and baking.
Carrie Tustison – Legal Assistant
Carrie has been a litigation paralegal at Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. since 2020. She has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Carrie has worked on a variety of litigation cases including personal injury, worker’s compensation and nursing home medical malpractice. Carrie is a true believer in a work-life balance and appreciates the value that T&R puts on that as well. She enjoys vacationing near the ocean as often as possible. Outside of the office, Carrie spends her time with her long-term boyfriend, her family & friends, kayaking, organizing, and spoiling her fur-babies, Fitzgerald & Finlee.
Beth Anderson – Paralegal
Beth is a litigation paralegal on the medical malpractice team at Theodoros & Rooth, P.C.. She began working at T&R in 2013 and says she instantly felt like she was home with family. Beth says that T&R is all about balancing work and home life, the importance of family, and making certain we all keep that balance intact. When she’s not working, Beth’s passion in life is her grandchildren and watching them grow and learn.
Jennifer Ford – Paralegal
Jennifer has been a litigation paralegal at Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. since 2023. She has over 25 years of experience in the legal field and has worked on a variety of cases including personal injury and medical malpractice. Jennifer is the mother of five children who are all very active. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and children, going to the beach, kayaking, attending live sporting events, working out, cooking, reading and spending time with her bulldog, Beefy.
