Our Office Staff
Carrie Tustison – Paralegal
Carrie has been a litigation paralegal at Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. since 2020. She has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Carrie has worked on a variety of litigation cases including personal injury, worker’s compensation and nursing home medical malpractice. Carrie is a true believer in a work-life balance and appreciates the value that T&R puts on that as well. She enjoys vacationing near the ocean as often as possible. Outside of the office, Carrie spends her time with her long-term boyfriend, her family & friends, kayaking, organizing, and spoiling her fur-babies, Fitzgerald & Finlee.
Kristen Uskert – Legal Assistant
Grace Rada – Office Manager
Grace Rada joined Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. in 1990 and is the Office Manager/Bookkeeper. She maintains account payable and receivables along with helping the office run smoothly. Grace is a graduate of Purdue University and has a bachelor degree in Management/Accounting. When she’s not in the office, Grace enjoys spending time with family and her dogs. Her hobbies are camping, knitting, and baking.
