Holly S. C. Wojcik

Holly Wojcik is a partner at the Merrillville law firm of Theodoros & Rooth where she focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice and other personal injury cases. Holly earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University in 1998 and her J.D, cum laude, from Valparaiso School of Law in 2001. She is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, ITLA Women's Law Caucus, and the American Association for Justice. Holly currently serves as a member on the Indiana Judicial Qualifications/Nominating Commission and sits on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Holly has handled hundreds of medical malpractice claims in Indiana and was on the legal team that prosecuted 288 claims against Dr. Mark Weinberger, "The Runaway Doctor" featured on America's Most Wanted and American Greed, which resulted in a $55 million dollar settlement for her clients after the indictment, extradition, and imprisonment of the Merrillville doctor.

Holly has been named as an Indiana Super Lawyer for 2019-2021. Her firm, Theodoros & Rooth, has been nominated for the Best of the Region for several years running. She has been pleased to speak at various ITLA, ICLEF, and Lake County Bar seminars and volunteers at Chesterton High School educating high school students on what it is like to practice law. Holly has also written articles published in Res Gestae.

When she is not working, Holly enjoys fishing and spending most of her time doing anything outdoors including canoeing, kayaking, and hiking. Holly is a huge soccer fan, having played soccer in college, only recently hanging up her cleats after playing on local indoor and outdoor teams. She has a passion for traveling which has taken her all over the world including backpacking across Europe, camping in the Boundary Waters of Minnesota, and on an all-women's rafting trip in the Grand Canyon. Holly is originally from St. Joseph, Michigan and currently lives in Valparaiso, Indiana.
