30+ Years of Experience
"Treat people the same way you would want to be treated."
Perry W. Theodoros has always lived by this motto. Perry’s father, William, was a great influence on his son’s outlook on life. He is an acclaimed attorney who has been practicing law for well over half a century. Perry is a seasoned attorney in his own right, with over 33 years of experience under his belt.
Providing Quality Representation Throughout Indiana and Illinois
A Northwest Indiana native, Perry practiced law with his father for 4 years before partnering with his good friend and law school classmate, Barry Rooth. Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. was established in 1988 and has been providing quality legal representation and compassionate service to the injured in both Indiana and Illinois. William Theodoros continues to be an instrumental and influential force at Theodoros & Rooth, P.C.
Attorney Theodoros is involved in several prestigious legal organizations, including:
- Lake County Bar Association
- Porter County Bar Association
- Indiana State Bar Association
- American Bar Association
- Indiana Trial Lawyers Association
- American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America)
Perry is proud that his son, William A. Theodoros, joined the firm in the fall of 2014 after he graduated from law school and was admitted to the bar. There are now three generations of Theodoros attorneys practicing together.
"Helping Others is What We Do"
“For the last 30 years I have received the majority of my business from past and present clients,” says Perry. “The absolute best feeling of accomplishment and respect is when that past or present client refers a friend or family member to you. You then immediately feel the trust and respect that they have for you. Also, knowing you are doing everything you can to help someone who really needs it and then ultimately helping that person recover is what this job is all about.
“Helping others that need our help is what we do here at T&R.”
Outside the Courtroom
Perry has two children. Besides William, daughter Elena is a real estate broker in downtown Chicago. Perry is also an avid sports fan, enjoying almost all Chicago sports teams (except the Cubs). He also enjoys playing golf with his friends and children every chance he gets. He is a member of Wolf Run Golf Club in Indianapolis.
