Pro bono and civil service is important to Kelly and she frequently volunteers her time with local elementary schools in programs such as Law Day and Why Lincoln was a Lawyer. Kelly has provided pro bono services in areas including collections, evictions and protective orders. Kelly has on occasion served as a Judge Pro Tem in Lake County and was proud to unite a couple in marriage.
