It is Holly Wojcik's life mission to help people recover and move forward from personal tragedy caused by the negligence of others. Holly cannot imagine a more rewarding job.

Holly Wojcik is a partner at the Merrillville law firm of Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. where she focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice and other personal injury. Holly joined Theodoros & Rooth in 2001 and has been admitted pro hac vice to handle cases in Illinois and Colorado.

Holly has handled hundreds of medical malpractice claims in Indiana and was on the legal team that prosecuted 288 claims against Dr. Mark Weinberger, "The Runaway Doctor" featured on America's Most Wanted and American Greed, which resulted in a $55 million dollar settlement for her clients after the indictment, extradition, and imprisonment of the Merrillville doctor.

Holly earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University in 1998 and her J.D, cum laude, from Valparaiso School of Law in 2001. She is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Personal

When she is not working, Holly spends most of her time with her family doing anything outdoors. Holly is a huge soccer fan, having played in college and recently on local indoor and outdoor teams. She has a passion for traveling which has taken her all over the world including backpacking across Europe, camping in the Boundary Waters of Minnesota, and on an all-women’s rafting trip in the Grand Canyon. Holly is originally from St. Joseph, Michigan and currently lives with her husband in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Philosophy

Holly sees her job as a way to sort out the facts and find the truth about why someone suffered the tragedy that brought them to her office looking for help. The best part of her job is getting to know her clients on a personal level to help them find the answers and the peace they are looking for. Sometimes that peace comes from just knowing exactly what caused them harm and why it happened and sometimes that peace comes from taking a case to trial and having a jury hold someone responsible for the harm they suffered.
