Holly S.C. Wojcik has been an attorney with Theodoros & Rooth, P.C. since 2001 and a partner since 2010. She has been admitted pro hac vice to handle cases in Illinois and Colorado. She has served as Lake Superior Court Judge, pro tempore, and has been featured as a guest speaker on “Justice for All” on WJOB AM 1230. Holly has also contributed research to publications regarding child labor laws and federal civil judicial procedure and rules.
Personal
When she's not working, Holly and her husband, Mike, spend most of their time with their family or doing anything outdoors. They are both huge soccer fans. Holly has a passion for traveling that has taken her all over the world, and most recently, on a weeklong canoe trip in the Boundary Waters with her dad.
Philosophy
Holly sees her job as a way to sort out the facts and find the truth about why someone suffered the tragedy that brought them to her office looking for help. The best part of her job is getting to know her clients on a personal level to help them find the answers and the peace they are looking for. Sometimes that peace comes from just knowing exactly what caused them harm and why it happened and sometimes that peace comes from taking a case to trial and having a jury hold someone responsible for the harm they suffered. Either way, being able to give someone the answers they are looking for, to give them some resolution, and to help them move forward from a tragedy is more rewarding than any job she can imagine.
